I’m married to my high school sweetheart and mom to 3 beautiful children, 1 girl and 2 wild boys. I have been a pre-kindergarten teacher, a foster care caseworker, a preschool director, a stay at home mom and now personal trainer with a specialization in prenatal and postpartum fitness.
